Meet Kevin Dixon
Kevin Dixon is the founder of Kavalier Cocktail Company, built on the belief that exceptional cocktails should be perfectly balanced, expertly crafted, and effortlessly served.
A certified bartender and mixologist since 2022, Kevin developed his craft through formal training and hands-on experience behind the bar at a premier seafood restaurant, where he refined his understanding of cocktail artistry, flavor balance, and exceptional guest service.
Drawing on classic techniques and modern flavor profiles, he designs the signature cocktails at the heart of every Kavalier experience using fresh juices, house-made infused syrups, quality spirits, and thoughtfully selected ingredients.
